A. How You Open Notifications
Notifications are not a side-rail tab. Open them from the app-bar bell (unread badge) → Inbox.

There is no Notification Preferences page in the app. Delivery channels are chosen by the server (see Delivery channels).
There is no Devices Settings page. Push tokens register automatically after sign-in when the OS grants notification permission; the current installation unregisters on logout.
Access to the inbox is for all signed-in users. Inbox APIs may still require notification:* when a tenant context is present. OS push permission may be requested by Firebase on supported platforms.
B. What Arrives
Events from inventory, billing, team invitations, auth, storage quota, and more can create inbox rows (and email / push when the server policy allows). The inbox shows what was stored for your user (and current tenant scope when applicable).
Realtime updates arrive over a WebSocket while the shell is open; the bell badge tracks unread count.
