SanadiqCloud Overview

Product version: 1.0.0+1 Last updated: 2026-08-03 Audience: Tenant Owners, Tenant Employees, Regular Users

What Is SanadiqCloud?

SanadiqCloud is a cloud-based, multi-tenant business management platform designed for organizations of all sizes. It provides a unified workspace to manage products, track inventory across warehouses, handle billing and subscriptions, coordinate teams, and maintain a complete audit trail of every business activity.

As a multi-tenant platform, a single SanadiqCloud instance serves many organizations (called tenants). Each tenant's data is isolated and invisible to other tenants.

Key Capabilities

Capability Description
Product Catalog Manage products, brands, categories, items, variations, and product images with full CRUD operations. SKUs and stock are managed by the Inventory Service.
Inventory Management Track stock across multiple warehouses, manage locations, perform adjustments, transfers, requisitions, and view the complete transactions ledger.
Sales Record simple sales (draft → confirm → invoice), manage customers, and review sales invoices. Stock is reduced on confirm; void does not restock.
Billing & Subscription Subscribe to pricing plans via Stripe Checkout, view subscription invoices, track usage, and manage seats/storage (adjust).
Team Invite team members, assign roles with granular permissions, and manage the user lifecycle within each organization.
Notifications Real-time in-app, email, and push notifications for inventory alerts, team events, billing events, and system announcements.
Audit Logs Permanent, tamper-evident trail of every significant action — who did what, when, and on which resource.
Media Library Upload, organize, and reuse images, videos, PDFs, and office documents (up to 100 MB each) across products, brands, and profiles.
Reporting & Analytics Dashboard KPIs, inventory statistics, stock turnover rates, and registration trends.

Architecture Overview

Organizations (Tenants)

An organization (also called a tenant) is the top-level entity. Each organization has:

  • Its own identity — name, URL slug, optional description / website / logo, and active flag. Country may be recorded in the description at create time only; there is no contact-email field on the tenant.
  • A subscription plan (when subscribed) that determines feature access, user limits, and storage limits.
  • Its own member roster with role-based permissions.
  • Full data isolation — no organization can see another's data.

Users

A user is an individual with a SanadiqCloud account. Users can belong to multiple organizations. Each user has:

  • A profile (name, email, avatar). Language and theme preferences are managed on the Settings hub.
  • Role assignments within each organization they belong to.
  • An account type such as regular user, tenant_owner, or tenant_employee after joining or creating an organization.

Roles and Permissions

Organization access uses tenant roles managed under Team → Roles (/settings/users-roles). Built-in roles are seeded when the organization is created; custom roles are organization-scoped.

Permissions follow the pattern resource:action (e.g., product:create, inventory:warehouse:read). See Roles & Permissions.

Who Uses SanadiqCloud?

Tenant Owners

Tenant Owners have full administrative access to their organization. They configure settings, invite team members, manage products and inventory, handle billing, view audit logs, and respond to notifications.

See the Tenant Owner Manual for details (legacy manual, when enabled).

Employees

Employees are team members with role-based access. Their permissions determine what they can see and do — viewing products, performing inventory operations, receiving notifications, and accessing audit logs.

See the Employee Manual for details (legacy manual, when enabled).

Regular Users

Users who have signed up but have not yet joined or created an organization can create one or accept an invitation. See Create Organization and Invites.

Browser and Device Support

SanadiqCloud runs on all major platforms. Minimum screen width of 360px is recommended.

See Help Center & Product Documentation for details.

Online Documentation

Browse the categorized HTML index at /docs/en/ or /docs/ar/ (English path slugs for both languages):
